What does the setup fee cover?

We learn your business, write the facts your agent answers from, connect it to your phone line, calendar and tools, and test it with practice calls before it answers yours.

Who owns the data and the memory?

You do. Your customers, content and brand are yours, and so is everything your agent remembers. Ask for a full export at any time. On request, the memory runs in a database account you own.

Will the agent send things without asking me?

Only what you allow. You choose which messages it may send on its own, such as confirmations. Everything else waits in a queue until you approve, edit or reject it.

Do you only work in Denver?

No. We are based in Denver and work with businesses across the United States and internationally. Most of the work happens on calls and in your Studio.
