A voice-first AI agent that lives on a phone number, remembers every conversation, and is available 24/7. Product complete and live at getmemyagent.com since July 2026, before any paid acquisition.
The big consumer AI subscriptions are sold as chat windows and in-app voice modes: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot. None of them is sold as a phone line with persistent memory, a number you call from any handset, with no app, that starts every call from what it already knows. MEMY is that product.
Before opening this round, we used MiroFish, a multi-agent prediction engine, retrofitted to run entirely on ATERNA’s proprietary CORTEX memory layer. Zero data left the local environment. The simulation spun up dozens of synthetic personas, gave them MEMY’s seed material, and let them argue about pricing, positioning, and failure modes for the equivalent of months of customer behavior.
Total spend on the de-risking exercise: $41. The simulations already changed the tier structure, killed two failed features before they ever shipped, and reframed the homepage hero copy.
Each finding is paired with the change it forced. None of these changes were planned before the runs. The Pro and Family tiers named below were the pre-simulation proposal and never shipped; what is live is in section 4.
Voicemail-to-summary fails. Eight percent simulated adoption.
Cut before any engineering investment past prototype. It is not in the Standard tier and not on the expansion roadmap.
Proactive pulse drives churn. One hundred percent simulated downgrade after two weeks.
Removed from roadmap. Replaced with the principle: the agent remembers so the user does not have to.
A Family tier priced beside a Pro tier cannibalizes Pro. The pricing comparison set was wrong.
The three-tier launch was scrapped. MEMY shipped one Standard tier at $59.99. Family and Team are deferred until the habit is set and will be priced against Standard, not against each other. Section 4 shows what is live.
The 150-customer infrastructure wall is closer than expected. It hits at 50, not 150. A data-schema problem, not compute.
Containerization and database migration moved to Q3 priority instead of post-Series-A.
Inertia is the actual competitor. Buyers compare against the existing fragmented stack, not ChatGPT.
Hero copy reframed. Ad creative budget reallocated to operator communities and proof-driven channels.
One tier is live and priced. The two expansion tiers are deferred on purpose: the simulation showed that launching them beside the wedge splits the buyer, so they get priced against Standard when they ship.
One phone line. Voice, SMS, Telegram, email. Persistent memory. Morning briefs delivered as inbound calls. 250 voice minutes included, then $0.25 per minute. Founding offer: $30 for the first month, then $59.99. Live at getmemyagent.com since July 2026.
A shared family line, caregiver mode, and shared household context. Built for the household manager and the adult coordinating an aging parent’s care. The use case tested well in simulation; the tier ships once Standard has a retained base.
Multi-line, compliance, audit logging, governance, and priority support. For small businesses and multi-generational caregiver setups. The use case tested well in simulation; the tier ships once Standard has a retained base.
Prices as listed at getmemyagent.com. The linked deck is dated June 2026, before launch, and shows no paying customers; customer counts since launch are shared on the call, not on this page.
The combined structure preserves the cap table at this stage and gives the investor partner a debt-instrument floor on top of equity upside. The two instruments can come from one source or be syndicated.
Priced or SAFE at $2.5M pre-money. Approximately 10 percent post-money equity. Standard pre-seed terms. No board seat at this round size. Pro rata rights for the lead.
A working-capital facility. Interest accrues at market rate, currently approximately SOFR plus 4 to 5 percent. Repayable on a revenue-share schedule once MEMY reaches net revenue positive. No personal guarantee.
The full deck includes the methodology, the pre-mortem findings, unit economics, the founder background, the use of funds breakdown, and the term sheet structure.
Where consumer AI subscriptions are sold today and what is missing.
A phone number that picks up and knows you. Sign up through a form, the agent calls within seconds, and every call after that starts from what it already knows.
Three voice AI thresholds crossed at once: sub-second latency, persistent memory, margin-positive cost.
The four-step activation flow from signup form to first call, and why that moment is the conversion.
The line the simulation produced: one phone number instead of five apps, not an AI agent that remembers.
Inertia, not ChatGPT, Apple, or OpenAI. Where the moat sits once the big surfaces ship memory.
One tier at the volume floor, expansion tiers validated by a 144-day multi-agent simulation.
Blended gross margin near 85 percent on infrastructure cost of goods.
Two AI-driven pre-mortems, run on CORTEX, before asking for money.
The five operational truths listed on this page.
What is built and live today, and what is not yet live. The deck is dated June 2026 and predates launch.
Background and the products already shipped and operated.
Distribution allocation for year one across five channels, operator communities first.
Where the $350,000 goes over twelve months, line by line.
Two instruments, one investor partner.
Three things, in order, plus a preference for one check covering both instruments.
Three failure modes with an operational defense for each, plus a fourth we will not pretend away.
What success looks like in twelve months, marked as stretch targets.
We are running this raise out of ATERNA Labs, our venture studio, and we prefer one lead partner covering both instruments. On the call we walk the term sheet and the technical due-diligence package.
